About Cloakmint

Built by cloud security engineers. For cloud security engineers.

We spent years building detection systems at enterprise scale and got frustrated watching analysts spend their shifts chasing alerts that didn't matter. Cloakmint is what we wished we'd had.

2025 First customer deployments

Alert fatigue is not a staffing problem. It's a signal problem.

Cloud security tools generate enormous alert volumes. Most of those alerts are repeated, duplicated across sources, or directly contradicted by context that the tools don't have. The answer isn't "hire more analysts." The answer is "stop sending analysts alerts that don't need them."

Cloakmint's detection engine builds a behavioral model of your cloud environment, then uses it to separate signal from noise before your analysts ever see the queue. That's not a UI improvement. That's a different approach to the problem.

We're a small team. We're careful about what we build. Every feature we ship is something a cloud security engineer asked for because they were frustrated by a real gap.
